Served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Campus. Responsible for both academic and administrative functions as well as total operations, while providing direction within policies and procedures. Directly supervise all college affairs including enrollment management, student retention, career development, alumni relations, student life/disability services, financial aid, admissions, enrollment services/registrar, student tutoring, counseling services, student housing, and student activities, and academic affairs. Managed salary and operating budgets in excess of $20 million. Created systems for administering accommodations under the American with Disabilities
• Managed a staff of 45 full-time staff and more than 70 part-time/adjunct staff to cultivate a unified, values-based culture and brand
• Served as the key strategist and primary advocate for the campus externally and internally; maintained an active campus presence and a strong rapport with faculty, staff, students, and alumni
