  • Information Technology Senior Management Forum -  Management Academy Director

    • Responsible for the coordination, management, administration and execution of the ITSMF Management Academy program. 

    • Provide management, administrative and logistical support for program areas to ensure that the program’s objectives are met, efficiently and effectively.

    • Strategic/tactical development, coordination and execution of the program.

    • Ensure that program details are communicated and executed.

    • Build an annual budget

    • Recruit speakers and presenters for the program.

    • Lead the development and coordination of new ideas and concepts for the program, materials and resources intended to supplement, expand or replace existing program components.

    • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, investigate trends, and recommend and implement modifications to improve program’s effectiveness.

    • Align learning objectives/outcomes, procedures, processes, service to optimize program impact, efficiency, and costs.

    • Provide executive coaching for the participants of the Management Academy program utilizing assessments

  • Westwood College - Campus President

    • Served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Campus. Responsible for both academic and administrative functions as well as total operations, while providing direction within policies and procedures. Directly supervise all college affairs including enrollment management, student retention, career development, alumni relations, student life/disability services, financial aid, admissions, enrollment services/registrar, student tutoring, counseling services, student housing, and student activities, and academic affairs. Managed salary and operating budgets in excess of $20 million. Created systems for administering accommodations under the American with Disabilities 

      • Managed a staff of 45 full-time staff and more than 70 part-time/adjunct staff to cultivate a unified, values-based culture and brand
      • Served as the key strategist and primary advocate for the campus externally and internally; maintained an active campus presence and a strong rapport with faculty, staff, students, and alumni
      • Ensured the adequacy of legal and risk management policies and programs to protect the college and shielded assets from loss
      • Improved employee workflow productivity by using effective organizational design, change management, and recruitment strategies
      • Exceeded institutional goals by improvement employee performance and accountability. Developed, executed, and trained staff on a performance management system that included communicating expectations to faculty and staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching, and addressing performance issues. 
      • Trained, motivated and engaged employees and created a sense of personal responsibility by utilizing a flexible performance management process and instilling pride in each employee and their contributions to the success of the campus and college
